Built For Professional Aircraft Diligence.
Hard Deck Aero is designed to make pre-buy diligence more consistent and reviewable. Buyers need clear evidence, mechanics need a practical on-site framework, and transaction stakeholders need outputs that support real decisions.

The Principles We Build On
We prioritize risk visibility, enforceability, and documentation quality before transaction speed.
Mechanic workflows require consistent photos, videos, and measurements aligned to the aircraft template.
Outputs are designed for buyers, brokers, lenders, insurers, and legal review.
Share rooms provide read-only, time-bound visibility so stakeholders can review one source of truth.
Mission & Scope
We help buyers and transaction teams reduce high-consequence oversights across airworthiness, compliance, insurability, financing, and residual value. Hard Deck Aero is decision support for the pre-buy process and is not positioned as a substitute for IA/A&P sign-off, legal counsel, or regulatory determinations.
Design Intent
The platform was built around a repeatability problem: similar aircraft packets often produce different conclusions depending on who reviewed them and how evidence was organized. Hard Deck Aero standardizes intake, field capture, and reporting so outcomes are easier to evaluate and compare.
Market Context
Aircraft transactions are increasingly data-sensitive while many diligence workflows still rely on static files, fragmented communication, and manual interpretation. Lenders, insurers, and buyer teams are asking for clearer evidence chains and better transparency at closing.

Data Handling & Privacy
We treat aircraft records as sensitive transaction data. Uploaded files stay with the aircraft workspace, access is controlled by the owner, and shared rooms are read-only and time-bound by default.
Files remain private until you create a share room.
Share links are created with expiration and can be deactivated by the owner.
We never represent the report as an airworthiness sign-off.
Data exports are generated only by the workspace owner.
