1. We collect account data, uploaded files, and activity metadata needed to operate the platform.
2. Files remain private by default and are shared only through explicit customer actions.
3. Access-controlled links can be revoked or expire automatically according to configuration.
4. We do not sell uploaded aircraft records or inspection evidence to third parties.
5. Customers may request account and workspace deletion via support channels.
