Data Retention

Workspace files and findings are retained while an account remains active, unless deleted by the owner or removed through support-requested account closure.

1. Owner workspaces retain uploaded files and inspection records until deletion.

2. Shared room tokens expire automatically and can be deactivated by the owner.

3. Temporary processing artifacts are removed after analysis jobs complete.

4. Customers can request deletion of account-level data through support.

5. Operational logs are retained for security, reliability, and billing reconciliation.
